@Smokerbait: I went with some terrible naming back when I made these, so their workshop names didn't match the file names for a long time. When I updated 1-3 recently, I changed their names. Vent prop4 is the one called "Small ac/vent" right now. I'll fix it's name now, so it's hopefully less confusing.

Hello, Avanya. Loading Screen Mod tells me I'm missing an asset named "Vent prop4" and I noticed that you only have Props 1,2,3, and 5. Now, it's not a huge deal, but just wanted to know what happened to 4? It may not be the same one, and my game certainly isn't ruined if I never find it, but just curious. Thanks.

They need to be placed on buildings in the asset editor. Mostly they will be dependencies for buildings. :)
