Sorry, trying to have a non-humanoid model fit the default skeleton leads to very broken animations.
Generally, the only feasible way to have a non-humanoid playermodel is to redo a lot of animations, something that nobody has the time and patience for.

um...can u make the player models um...how dinosaurs actually stand please? cause that is just creepy to me o.o' and it would be nice to make more of them just change all of them to make em stand normally like a dino

Perhaps something in that addon conflicts with the standard.
I'm not using that addon, and the command works for me

I forgot about respawn. But even in this case, to have such a team is not working. I appear as the default - for Kleiner.
Accustomed to use addon "Enhanced PlayerModel Selector".

Each playermodel has a lua script that adds the entries to the player manager;
player_manager.AddValidModel( "Playermodel name", "models/yourmodelfolder/playermodel.mdl" )

This means you don't have to specify the full path; the lua script does it for you, and all you need is the specified name, which in this case is "Raptor" and "Raptor red"

Just try to enter those commands and respawn, you'll see it works

► cl_playermodel "Raptor"
► cl_playermodel "Raptor red"

This command does not take the name of the player model. Here you need to specify the full path !
Example:
cl_playermodel models/humans/Group03/Male_01.mdl
