thats a BIG nose he got there

It needs I little more work for perfection. I feel it needs a little more highlight in places from perfecting curves. Whether you want it shiny or not adding a little more shape to all you've done will really bring it out and catch the human eyes fancy a little more

I like this, but could you remove or shorten that front... extension? It looks a little... just, there because you could.

Oh and a quick extra note, the back "prongs" or horns are a nice touch but I feel like the tips would be an excellent point to introduce an energy point for coloring (energy). Sort of like an exhaust port or something because it feels sort of bland for just the tips to be smooth like that.

I like the idea and intent of it. Talented work for designing a very "warframey" aesthetic. It fits well with the idea of a weird hybrid of industrial metal/etc and muscle. One minor suggestion is that the front bits with the horm seem sort of bumpy and out of place for the idea of volt. He has more of a aerodynamic idea about him because he's gotta go fast! Other than that, I think its quite good, reminds me a bit of Gray Fox from the Metal Gear Franchise (at least with the jaw/neck region and its coloration.

The front bump spike whatever looking things weird, maybe make that pointier?

the horn resembles a nose shape too much

A maxilla is a bone in the jaw. The upper bone, I believe. So a "Premaxilla" would imply some sort of primal design of a shovel snouted animal, rather than a speedy storm-breaker. I like the helmet, but I think the name needs some work.

It looks bice from the front, but I agree with the other comments, the horn looks a bit too...'just there'.

The quality is good, I just don't really like the design. It just doesn't feel.... right on Volt for some reason. Someone else might like this but I'm just not feeling it.

It's neat, but the horn just feels kinda 'tacked on'.
