Is this a Unique Building?

Darn. I'm a huge fan of clock towers. But this building looks great too. i've already used it!

@SamSinen Appreciate that you like my buildings so far.
I do also really love how the Cayan tower looks and as you say, this building was once uploaded to the workshop and later removed.

@naskko26 The creator of this building and also among others the rose rotana, marina 101, marina crown, 23 marina and princess tower has previously said he was moving to another country and didn't have access to his computer. He also said he would re-upload all his buildings step-by-step.

So I'm for now avoiding anything that he has done in hope that he'll have the time to re-upload his buildings.

Love your models and buildings they are just Amazing, also about Dubai will you be making Cayan Tower (twisting one)? Personally I love that building and I think there once was a version of it in the workshop (creator probably deleted it) and I would love to see it back? also sorry for long comment.. ..5/5 rating for the building for sure.

I have to re-do alot on the Al Yaqoub tower before I'm happy with it. Can add alot of detail and still keep around the same tris-count.
I think I'll priorities the Yaqoub and the other Emirates tower when they are buildings that looks awesome together.
So yeah, hopefully it's something you'll see in the near future :)

I've hopefully reduced it to 10 now and I'll keep on using a low attractiveness value for all of my future assets to.

It's only a problem if total attractiveness in the city gets too high, somewhere over 1000. So keep it arround 10, like the defaul unique assets..

Great looking asset. Pls reduce the attactiveness. Attractiveness bug kills tourism.
