Personally, the old skinny model was also a very good one, but this one offers more comedic opprotunities. Still, I feel like the skinny model should be on the Workshop as well. It can go well with the fat one.

when i use the civilian voice acting from maxxy and use it on the civilian he has it doesn't work :/

I noticed how the hand textures are different for both teams, and when applied the "wrong" hand bodygroup, the texture is inconsistent;
The RED skin has proper textures for the High-Quality hand, while the BLU skin has textures for the "ingame" model hands. If you give ingame hands to a RED skinned model, or HD hands to a BLU Civilian, the hand texture is misplaced.

@|_0|g|_|y I encountered the same problem. I fixed it by unsubscribing, then exiting SFM. Then subscribing again, and downloading the content once back inside of SFM. This should fix the "error" issue where he won't load as anything but an error.
