You need to subscribe to mission you want to play, then STEAM will download the mission and on minute later you can play it going in multiplayer, host, LAN, and launch the mission from there

These missions can be played in SP, but be prepared to micro-manage AI.
Also save is not enabled and there is no respawn so play safe! :)
