I do have After Dark. I have not yet played around with the Themes per District, I will look into that. Thanks.

Okay tolaansebrenn, I took some photos for you of my leisure zones that had no mod used, which made them spawn with the vanilla buildings. It's the last picture up above. Still looks good, but your question gave me inspiration! I figured out a way that will allow you to simulate a promenade even without After Dark :) It will take time to make them, so if you'd be interested, just follow me.

Hello tolaansebrenn, first of all, these will only appear in your Commercial Entertainment zoned districts. Do you have After Dark?
So, read the paragraph starting with "There's a way...", right above my comment here, you'll see how I manage to make AP only districts. You can create ANY kind of neighborhood you want! The other nice thing is that the mod has a very easy user interface.
If you don't want a mod, which is perfectly fine!!, these will look great all on their own, right beside your other After Dark entertainment buildings. They were made with that in mind, too. I will post a photo that has both my buildings and the game's originals in a moment. Looks great!

These are growable? How do we know they will end up next to each other and from a Promenade?
