@Mecwelshman Sounds great. I haven't played Skylines for a while now, but I will start again soon. I am a big fan of your assets, they really look amazing and so realistic! It would be great when they include fences, walls, etc - it really is a pain to place them manually.

I have been out of the loop for a while but may start adding some new and updated assets soon. I'm thinking of recreating some of my houses with built in fences/hedges/walls and sheds and garages. I don't know about you, but I sick of having to load so many 3rd party assets just to get buildings to look good. I'm hoping this will reduce the load on the FPS - assuming I make them as efficiently as possible.
Let me know what you think.

Hi, great job. But I've got a request.
Would it be possible to create a Parisian version?
I love the 5 story high buildings they have there, and would love to recreate that theme.
but there is almost nothing here about Paris on the workshop. :(

And I think you are one of the only one's who could do this. (properly)

Most UK cities have districts of one type of housing at a specific level. e.g. low wealth terraced, medium wealth semi's. There is usually some variation of house style but you won't find a medium wealth family building a house in a low wealth area. That is something that happens over longer periods of time and that can be controlled by changing the theme when it's when you want a change. The district will then slowly change from one type of housing to the other as houses are replaced.

A new edition! Love it! To answer the others' questions, so I use the Building Themes mod mentioned there, and it works just fine! For example: I put all of your grey houses of this type into a theme I created called "Macwelshman Grey". If I zone a district for only that theme, only the grey houses will appear, and nothing of a higher level will ever replace them. So this works great ,but yes, you won't get higher taxes... but what city has *only* top level housing of uber rich residents?

If you use both building themes in the same district they will spawn randomly when they upgrade. I will, eventually, create the full range of themes using my previous assets. At the point I will create new themes that mix up the levels. Until that time I recommend creating your own theme with different houses for different levels.

@mspriem but you need it if you would like to receive more taxes, for example

If you use the Building Control Level up mod then you don't have to add the same house in levels 2 to 5.
