I have stopped the development of this and future mods. More information can be found on the link below.
Goodbye [data.ewul.net].
I don't see any extremely bad graphical glitches among the left menu (yes, small tab overlapping, but i would categorise it more like "it's a feature not a bug"), even with many new tabs introduced. Perhaps if i have a bit more time and willpower, i can look into it.
Yes, that seems to be right. Although i am generally pissed off at Klei and have sort of abandoned this game for an unknown period of time (i have work again atm anyway).
Not sure what caused this mod to not function anymore but for some reason i think perhaps it's related with the game update again.
When Klei pulls their act together at some point and gets some competent developers in their team i might return back to this game.
If i have some free days I'll maybe look at it and no, EES and EES API can't be enabled together anyway. Currently I'm busy with my own mods and the lack of time for them. I also need to make preparations for official Caves etc... anyone has any extra spare time i can buy from them?
Good job anyway
Ok i tried to do it, but now your Archery mod has some code in it that starts interacting with this mod and the entire structure of the thing is just weird. Anyway I'm going to work in the morning so I'm not going to look into it deeply and i actually doubt i will at all, i still don't think there should be multiple of the same mods out there. The main reason is that the original EES mod uses sort of, how to put it, "unfriendly" way on how it interacts and overrides some of the inventory, now the mod got copied and the same methods are in it, this means they are duplicated so eventually it'll be a big mess.
I put a link to your mod on my mod page.
I have added support for the EES mod, but not to EES API edition. Since API edition is a copy/paste from original EES to support 1-2 more inventory slots then when i made this mod, the API editition is kind of obselete imho since this mod supporets as many spaces as required, API Edition of EES supports only 1-2. Although now it has compass slot for some reason etc, so without having a look to the code, i believe it would be a pretty simple fix, but still, too many duplicates. Anyway it works with normal EES you just have to enable the mod option for it if you use it.
It does solve the issue for majority of the mods, but EES and EES API both use very wrong method in the code to interact with inventory. Currently this mod is by far better solution than anything else out there to solve the issues with scaling.
The mod does not support EES API edition as it is basically a copy/paste of the original EES and i see no point of having 2 pretty much identical mods out there. I decided to support the original EES only since EES API edition is not really needed. Anyway i might add support of EES API edition as well at some point.
Sorry I'm not playing any DS nor coding for it so at least no port any time soon.
