I've tested them one by one and i can replicate the exceptions.

And for example, the following train assets just work fine when spawned, they do not generate an exception:

I don't know what's going on, they worked fined up until last game patch.
Just wanted to mention the issue here and hoping that modders can find a solution.

Currently, this asset as well as other train assets give an 'Object reference not set to instance exception' when they spawn.
Thus far, I've noticed the following assets generate this exception:

@acc3ss Violation Just want to give you a heads up that the shade of blue that you use on most of your models is off. The correct collour should be the same as on your NS intercity Standard / extra long trains because this is the correct shade of blue

this is for your NS NID series, your SLT series for your NS DD-AR for your 1700 intercity train and the rest (yes I got them all huge fan)

I indeed made my own 3-part variant this way. Even though it would not completely fit a station, I would love to see at least the 3+3 part version driving through my city. But since I do not have the model of the engine part, I cannot easily convert it to trailer.

In order to make a 3+3 version, I've started skimming the various 'mod' mods to edit vehicles and dump textures etc, but I haven't been succesfull yet.

I considered a 3 part variant, but figured it's not much use since it's shorter with less capacity. 3+4 or 3+3 wouldn't fit in a station, although it crossed my mind a few times.

If you want a 3 part version you could do it yourself pretty easily. Open this one in the asset editor, change trailer count to 2 and save it under a different name.

I love all of your trains and especially this one (it's so iconically Dutch). If I may make a request: Could you maybe make a 3-part version and then a 3+4-part version?

Headlights is a good start though. It will make the trains look awesome already at night, I think. And since this trains of yours is my favorite, it will zoom around happily in my cities thursday.

Turns out I was wrong. Interior lights are in fact part of After Dark. So another update will be required to get that working.

Well, I hope that update was enough to prepare it for AD, but to be honest, I don't have a clue if it will be. As for interior lights, the trailer doesn't show any, so I don't think it's going to be included.

Is this an After Dark update? Will trains (in general) have interior lights as well in After Dark?

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
I made an update to add headlights to this train. As a result of this, cars on already spawned trains will disappear. Use AVO or IPT to remove these trains and spawn new ones. New spawing trains will have their cars working.

This is the most iconic train in the Netherlands. Served proudly for many years in a intercity serves between large cities, and after a nice restoration and interior upgrade it will serve for many years to come! It is always a pleasure to travel with this comfortably train in real life.

Op de plaatsjes zie ik een stuur- en standrijtuig. Ingame heb ik geen standrijtuig (of stuur afhankelijke van de richting waarin hij rijdt). Wat doe ik fout?

Very good model. It looks beautiful in game. My current map is too hilly, which means the curves are a bit too narrow for the long cars, but I'll definitely use this on my next flat map.

Wat ook zeker nog een leuke toevoeging is, zou de ICE 3 ( http://www.rig-bahn.jp/db-page/eice3.htm) en 2 ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ICE_2) zijn. In ieder bedankt voor je werk tot nu toe.
