In normal skirmish maps you are right, but in a szenario skirmish map like this you CAN NOT CHOOSE whom to kill first. Because if an invasion is set in case one player dies, but the KI which invades is dead already this could create a problem in the gamescript, I guess.
And well bebbanburg I think is just too big to get deleted at the end, should happen which other KIs too. At least that is my theory.

I guess then I cannot answer that question, for I am not a developer of the game.
But it really sounds strange, maybe you just found a bug with the wolf-KI?

So just to get this right: If wolf is NOT your main enemy, but second (at your right side), and you kill him - like you have to do in this case - before player 3 (opposite to you), the map doesn´t work anymore? And it only happens with the wolf? Normally it should not make a difference, who you set as the KI, only which player-position (!) you kill first.

I have changed their places and I have choosen wolf as the second and the templar as the third enemy as both of them being allies against me. It happened the same. THE RESULT DIDN'T CHANGE.

I played "Siege of BEBBANBURG" map as being the WOLF my enemy, the result was the same.

As far as I know; in normal custom skirmish or in skirmish trail maps there is no rule that you have kill the first enemy and kill the other enemies in a numerical row. I may attack any of them depending on my decision.

So stopping of the game happened in those two maps with the wolf; the question about the wolf arose in my mind. That's why I asked.

So the wolf is you main opponent at the other end (player 3)?
well since this is a scripted skirmish-map, there is an event which takes place, when you kill player 2 (an invasion from player 3). but if the wolf is already dead he cannot send an invasion - that could cause your problem.
you cannot kill player 3 before player 2 then. but thats typical for crusaders 2 and the editor. I can only create what the programm allows me to. I guess you have to stick to the gameplan and play it like it is intended - player 3 must be your final opponent, like he is meant to be. I do not think it has anything to do with the wolf but what do I know?

I have been playing with this map for a few days. Just opposite me as the 3rd enemy I choose RİCHARD . I kill him first. The 2nd and 3rd enemies are made allies by me upon yr recomendation. As to them I choose THE TEMPLAR and THE WOLF.

BUT here an issue (or we may say a problem) arises.

IF I kill wolf as the second enemy; the game stops when my attacking forces are at the top of THE WOLF'S keep. I have tried this for a few times.

BUT if I attack THE TEMPLER as the second enemy every thing is normal. I CAN KILL HIM AND I CAN GO ON PLAYING THE GAME AND FINISH THE GAME NORMALLY.

WHEN PLAYING YOUR OTHER MAP IF WE CHOOSE THE WOLF AS THE ENEMY THE SAME THING HAPPENED.

SO MY QUESTION IS ;
CAN THERE BE SOMETHING WRONG WITH WOLF.

by now I have tested the map adequately, so there will be no more updates. exept if someone has valid improvement suggestions.

fixed a lot of small AI-issues with the new update. also the invasions and reinforcements are now more balanced and the pirat´s treasure did increase, but triggers some counterattacks as compensation. should be pretty final now.

freut mich, dass dir die map gefallen hat. hatte beim ausführlichen testen teilweise ein paar probleme mit den markierungspunkten für die KI, weil diese etwa nicht angreifen wollte, wenn z.b. mauern im weg sind, etc.. deshalb auch die vielen updates.

Sehr geil . War wiklich nicht leicht und hat irre Spaß gemacht :-)
