I really like these shipdesigns :) .

Actually, I think they don't necessarily need more details... I'm not a fan of having rust and gears on hightech-spaceships, as some other people do.

As for the 2nd part of the shipset - those ships seem a bit more low-tech to me ( except the last one ) - is that intended?

Would be nice if you updated it to the current version :o

These meshes are so nice, you just need to work on the textures as you're aware. Will keep an eye on this.

I appreciate it though i've been very busy and Haven't been playing SR very much lately so dont know when I'll get around to it (If I do though you can also expect the current ships to get new, improved textures.)

There were supposed to be two distinct design schemes, that was the point, thanks for the compliments, I just have not worked on this in a while as I've been busy working a shitty retail job while I try and get my life together.

I check in on this mod every once in a while to see it's progress. Don't let some of the critisms get you down. This is nice work, especially for a beginner. Yes, your textures are mostly flatshading but that's a valid aesthetic choice if that's what you are going for.

Given that this is all original design and concept work, I think you are doing very well here. The teaser shots of the "Exodus Era" hulls look really good too. They're straying from the original design theme but they also look like they have more going on too.

ok, i will try things "mods/settings/...". it will take like 2 days for.

Best regard for your mod that i'm very interested. ;)

That isnt anywhere near enough information for me to fathom what the problem might be.

"I am not exactly a professional at this so check back as I am striving to continually improve myself and this mod, especially in the area of texturing."

Going to be honest, not as good as the ship modles already in the game BUT, that is a big butt. Its still awesome as shit and I enjoy using it and would love to see you make more mods in the future or work on making this one better as you see fit. Thanks for sharing this with everyone. :)

Can't wait for improved textures, these models look absolutely gorgeous.

I will be continuously working on improving the textures, they were never really my strongsuit.

I concur - the texture quality is not the best, but the design superb. Good work, hope to see the Exodus Era soon!
Automne Eternel 8 Jun, 2015 @ 10:10am
I approve of your original designs. Thumbs up!

Downloading now, at long last. :P

From the screenshots, I can only observe two issues:

1. The edges seem a bit... pointy. Not sure if that's by design, though.

2. The texture quality seems a bit low. Aside from specific sections of the hulls, the ships seem to have very few details of any kind, and those 'specific sections' mostly contain lights. This may be caused by the lighting in the screenshots rather than a flaw in the textures themselves, though.

Going to post further feedback in Discussions when I have any.
