it is dump mod

this makes no sence, like a solar panel uses the suns rays and converts it to power, a nuclear powerplant splits a atom that heats up water, and makes power the same way coal and oil does. so what does this do. we need a descripion and how much power does this make, how much does it cost to build, i am really mad that most mod creators for this game dont make a description

I like this one a lot, but it's causing my city to have rolling blackouts / brown outs.
