The very front part with the fence is the 1x1 part, but the way lots work it looks like is that if there is room in the zoning, it can spawn the stuff behind it and end up as 1x2, 1x3, or 1x4 pending on what is available.

Is this 1x1 or 1x3? Or are the wooden crates in the back part of something else?
