There are two ways: I can reload my growables without any props - it needs a bunch of time, though. Or I can delelte all of them. And I think I should do the last.

But if You see something common and dear to You in my tenement - You are welcome))
1) It is a matter of taste. I know a lot of people who like this "photo-realistic" style more than cartoonish original stile of the game.
2) I hadn't get exactly what are You talking about. This house is a copy of the real building section (see it here https://maps.yandex.ru/-/CVGXY0Z8) . It has all the details in model the original building does and uses normal maps as any other building in the game.
I appreciate criticism, but it must be useful. If You just don't like style of my buildings or soviet architechture of smt else - It is Your right and your opinion, but please, just push tumb down and don't subscribe, I will go through that))
The model is ready and available as it is. But I stil will be gald to read about any negative issues with the model
1) The details in the texture work that don't jive with the default Skylines buildings like the various items in the windows and the detail to the windows and doors themselves.
2) How flat it is. While you've added in the balconies the walls are still mostly just flat with a texture slapped on it that should have more detail. I'm not sure if there's a normal map or if it's just very subtle but it looked very much like a late 90's / early 2000's game where a flat plane would have a detailed texture put on it with objects in the texture and not modeled.
Regardless, thank you very much for your effort put into this and best of luck with your future buildings. If you release a more detailed version I'll check that one out for sure.
