Dude thank you, used to live in Toronto and this is bringing me back :)

If you ever remake this, I'd say to actually connect the 427 South and North together instead of just putting 2 stack interchanges that connect to the 401.

@italianmarcus It's a garbage city, too. You are looking for something amongst nothing lol
CoosDaKilla 19 Feb, 2017 @ 2:29pm
pretty garbage map

there is not much detail in this map, roads and rail just simply trowing in it. and by the way the landlevel is far to high.

that was really nice map!

@jonmac fixed some highway shenanigans and that issue with the water feature at the DVP/Gardiner interchange. all should be well now.

I made some other maps of Toronto and they are much more accurate. feel free to check those out too :)

Was going great guns with this map (ex-Torontonian) and found I could not build a road near where the Gardiner turns down to the DVP - there is water at that point flowing like Niagara Falls.
Agranite (Luong) 25 Jun, 2015 @ 11:38pm
Ah!!!! I just found out I can't use the full island... I wanted to use it as a rural, resort, or amusement park area T_T

I will like to recommend adding a basic highway intersections, since it is too costly to build a functional intersection at the beginning of the game. This is especially a problem for beginners to the game when they don't have money to spare to build their starting town.

Would also be nice to have a picture for the map when selecting it in the map selection screen.

Wonder if the mayor will ask our opinion on how to fix the DVP

YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA LET GET IT

Hi Everyone,
ITS FINALLY HERE!!!
I started with a new terrain template and have a new complete map of toronto and the western and north suburbs Stretching form Hamilton Harbour to NewMarket to Scarborough Bluffs. all the hills and valeys which make this area so creat have been included where feasable so the map feels deeper which i hope you all like.

All the rivers now actually flow into the lake as they move down stream and rail lines have been rejigged.

Check out TORONTO, CANADA ULTIMATE GTA VERSION at this link here:

I'll probably stop making maps now and start using the great ones others have put out there but if you din any bugs let me know and ill update the map when I can. Thanks for all the support!

@mrxbombastic Haha. No no, I meant RL! lol

We can fix the DVP in the game so it works better than RL. haha

Your DVP is perfect. :)
mrxbombastic  [author] 23 Mar, 2015 @ 4:06pm
hey mate whats wrong with the DVP? are the lanes not working?
Hawke 23 Mar, 2015 @ 8:31am
DVP ugh... Maybe we can fix it. :)
mrxbombastic  [author] 22 Mar, 2015 @ 8:28pm
Also, sorry for the grammar in that last post. Yikes that was bad.
mrxbombastic  [author] 22 Mar, 2015 @ 8:27pm
Hi all. I've taken your comments into account and im working on scaling the map down and adding in the oter burbs for the outer areas. while keeping Toronto within the playable field.

I'm working with a different terrain file so all of torontos various hills like the Davenport Hill (former lakeshore form thousands of years ago)
also going to be realigning some of the rain way trancks to see how they can better function. ill keep y'all posted! when my new map goes live. at which point ill taken down Toronto Old (very broken) and just keep Toronto Refined and Toronto (GTA?) as the two posted.

Time to test out Smart Track. No really, I'm not John Tory. It's not me. (Yes it is).
ToxicSquidDonkey 17 Mar, 2015 @ 8:58pm
It'd be cool if somone made maps of smaller towns lik Chatham, Springfeild, ECT.
robbie_86 17 Mar, 2015 @ 5:26pm
Yes tooo big
Donkehote 17 Mar, 2015 @ 2:35pm
Looks good, but could use scaling down. You cannot possibly make a city with both downtown, north york, etobicoke, and the beaches. Game wont let you buy that many tiles. Im sad there isnt the basketweave, or collector and express combos on the 401. Other than those 2 gripes, looks great!
Jay 17 Mar, 2015 @ 5:17am
Thanks a lot! I've been dying to recreate home for a long time now.
SolGuardian 16 Mar, 2015 @ 6:28pm
Awesome, now we can buldoze Queens Park and get stuff done! And just so you know I have added Toronto to the Cities Skylines - Settlement Maps of Canada Collection
& 16 Mar, 2015 @ 9:43am

stummy hurty 15 Mar, 2015 @ 5:48pm

Energata 15 Mar, 2015 @ 1:38pm
Great work!
Bombastic-Aghast 14 Mar, 2015 @ 9:35pm
This one is MUCH improved.

Thanks for the hard work, it is awesome!
BigDamnHero 14 Mar, 2015 @ 12:53am
Damn, this map is accurate with all the rivers and islands and stuff too??
Katch 13 Mar, 2015 @ 9:35pm
Bombastic great map! a little flooding going on around Gardiner where it connects to DVP, but it was an easy fix, I just removed two water sources on top of the highway area. Thanks for the map!
XerZus 13 Mar, 2015 @ 6:44pm
Cheers!
