you can isolate the decisions you know? you dont have to copy the whole of the 80_major_decisions.txt. Just create a new txt named custom_hegemony_decision.txt and put only your decision in it, thats it. this makes it way more compatible with patches and mods, so it is not mandatory to update every lil patch. same with the localisation and scripted effect

Your pixels are too large on the thumbnail, that's why it's not displaying. Need to be 520 x 520, or less.

I reccomend adding an image to the mod, so instead of a gray default background, its a hegimonic crown

very fun mod! thanks for sharing it.

May have run into a sort of bug? formed a Hegemony in northern Europe and then as I expanded out towards the step I had nomads who wanted to submit to me as tributes but while I did get the notification for it, they only option was a "dismiss" option for the notification. Honestly not sure if this is vanilla gameplay or an issue with the mod, as I've never played as the Chinese Hegemon.

Love the idea for this mod! But when I try to form a hegemony as a Mandala ruler, my 8 levels of Mandala legitimacy are converted back to the typical 5 levels (with the icon change as well). Not sure if it's a mod issue or a game one!

I get a feeling that alot of the stuff that got added under all heaven dlc will come later to the european theater. But they limited to all under heaven as a market ploy.

don't know if the ai can form a Hegemony, but i'm pretty sure the answer's no anyway since Pdx didn't really give them a way to. I think it'll work in multiplayer, yes.

Thank You for this Mod. Question, I am unable to adapt Administrative Government after forming a Custom Hegemony as the requirement tick box for being an Emperor/Hegemon is not checked. Is it related to the mod or a base game shenanigan?

As to Japan... again it comes down to game design. I believe you can't take the decision there due to the way that ritsuryo and soryo are coded into the game, and as a Soryo duke, I can't seem to find the create custom kingdom button. I don't have the skill necessary to code this in then.
