@super m, i feel like it was sorta made for not only the community, but for a fun youtube experience and a fun challenge for those who wanted to have a new look on isaac's difficulty. i think this is a genuinely fun concept, as i enjoy things that are hard, or as you phrase it "unplayable", i take those "unplayable" things and use the weaknesses provided to me to keep pushing through. good job, headcrab! i love your work!

A lot of these Birthwrongs are just completely unplayable. It's a fun concept but I feel like some of these effects are so rage baited that they're focused towards YouTubers.

It should really be a separate item. A 15% chance to replace a quality 3 item AFTER picking it up makes it literally barely usable.

J&E tooltip is rather uninspired and vauge should be like fratricidal tears or somthn.

On one hand I LOVE the concept of this as someone who loves items that can both help and hinder you(Vanishing Twin my beloved) but on the other some of these effects range from "Mostly negligible" to "Do your best impression of a pirate and press R as soon as possible"

I was just thinking about an idea like this a few days ago... does Jacob have the effect of Dark Esau dying and then normal Esau appearing? Just like in the biblical story where Jacob is afraid that his brother will kill him for being a son of a bitch, but instead Esau arrives happy to see him.
