Cool, thanks for the suggestion. I am pretty much maxed out on stats with this save, so this mod is not really useful to me anymore. Just thought I would give you a heads up, and maybe inform anyone else that had my problem. Much love to you modders!!!

@MoeTHM If you are using any mod which changes crafting UI, this mod probably won't work correctly. If you are using Rocco's Neat UI mod, maybe you can try https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3540503606

I went to play my save today, and a list came up with all my mods having errors. I checked the load order and if froze the game. I then checked what the last updated mod I have installed, and it was this one. Removed it from my mod list, and my save loaded up fine. I wish I had more information for you, could be a conflict with Rocco's UI mods, but I really don't know.

I updated the mod and should be worked without any issue. Thanks for waiting.

I really enjoy this mod so far. As of 42.11 it seems to throw an error:

function: doDrawItem -- file: CraftingXPDisplay.lua line # 34 | MOD: Crafting XP Display
function: prerender -- file: ISScrollingListBox.lua line # 495 | Vanilla.

This mod currently makes all crafting receipts not appear.

Oh yeah, no worries. Life comes first always. Until then I'll be using this mod because it works great with intuitive crafting, too, and these mods combined basically have everything a person needs for gameplay in relation to the crafting menu, really. *shrugs*

Cheers!

@Rabbit Sorry, I stopped playing since 42.7 or 42.8 because I'm too busy, I can't help right now. I will be back after late Augest or early September.
Rabbit 28 Jul @ 8:10am
Would LOVE for someone to make a compatibility patch with Neat Crafting. Not being able to see the XP gains are the only reason I'm not using that far-better-looking crafting menu.

This mod doesn't appear in my mod list for some reason. I subscribed to both this and the second mod, which was required
kentuckyzombiekiller 5 May @ 12:38pm
@mratomicduck agreed, i think OP made the xp gain with a 5.0 xp multiplier in effect.
MrAtomicDuck 2 May @ 8:45am
Hello! Is it possible this mod could be updated to display the "real" XP value instead of the one found in the game files? Every craft seems to be worth 25% of the value displayed with this mod.

Where the game file reads "woodworking 20" the actual XP value for Carpentry is 5 when translated in-game.

for some reason this is disabled for me and cannot be enabled

very nice dude, cool mod
Bravo 23 Mar @ 10:51pm
@MetalHead13 Yeah that makes sense
Metalhead13 23 Mar @ 3:18am
@Bravo, I discovered the same thing today, and it seems like it's due to multipliers from the Fast Learner Skill, and whatever skill book is used for that craft.
For example, carving a stake gives 1.25 XP with no book/trait, 1.63 with just the trait, 3.75 with just the book, and 4.88 XP for both the trait and book. And those are rounded to 1.3, 1.6, 3.8, and 4.9 by the game when the green text shows over your character's head upon completing the craft, and the mod rounds the 4.9 max possible XP from carving a stack to 5, and then displays that number in the crafting menu UI. The same appears to be true for all the other crafts I have tested.

This mod is a godsend. With limited supplies, and the PZWiki still not entirely up to date, I've been trying to figure out what to build/craft to get the most Xp from my materials, or if I will get Xp at all (like crushing rock salt doesn't do anything for you, as far as I can tell).
Bravo 22 Mar @ 10:59pm
I love this mod, but I have a small request if possible. The amount of XP showed in the the crafting menu, is not always the same as the XP you will get. I guess its down to XP boost and multipliers from skillbooks?

Would it be possible to take these into account and display the "real" xp value? If not, this mod still works as you can see the relative values for each item.

lol this mod does nothing with script. your issue is caused by wrong script. go and find the culprit mod in your mod list.
Beathoven 16 Feb @ 10:21am
great addition!
