I know I already made a comment but, there's a feature in HL2 that's been missing in Garry's Mod that I don't think has ever been restored. In the game, when you pick up a prop or enter a vehicle (there could be more triggers but im unsure) your viewmodel plays a little holstering animation. In Garry's Mod it just disappears. Any chance you could make an addon that restores it? I apologize to be that kind of person but it's a feature that I wanted to see restored in this game for a while now.

everything is working great but i do have like one last thing to add, the viewpunch actually comes back as soon as you let go of your zoom key in hl2, but i can understand not wanting to implement such a tiny detail honestly

yeah I figured that's the case, fixed it, I forgot to take into account the FOV lol

oh no like i'm saying in half life 2 specifically the viewpunch doesn't trigger when you swing the crowbar while using the suit zoom on a wall LOL

alright, becoz if it's a third party addon causing that shit I am not accommodating it, there's an easy fix to this

speaking about it, would you ever consider making an addon that makes you lower your weapons when looking at a friendly npc?
Theres an addon that emulates it, called "HL2 Weapon Lowering Style"
but it's honestly not that accurate to the original game.
