Damn, love the design of the sword with how the guard and blade itself are the same pieces of metal, gives it a very interesting type of "Simplicity" Into it's design, which, from how the Nordic/Viking inspirational arts and designs taken to create Skyrim's unique architecture setting definitely fits in.

The mace itself is quite interesting too, taking a more sleek approach to the default mace's heavily focused point and making it so it could be applied more differently, including the decision to make the spiked top of the mace removed, which makes it look a little more useful.


It'd be interesting to see if you'd make any offbranching designs for the Ebony variants.

the sword looks a bit unrealistic, now I'm not talking about graphics, I'm talking aout those two notches above the cross gaurd, if you where using it and a enemy sword slides down your sword it is going to kind of ramp it onto the cross guard, which is rounded downward, then the sword slides off on your wrist and then, well they just fucked your sword arm, but then again it is a video game and I'm probably just overreacting

I found myself a internship at a game studio (hopefully evolve to a fulltime job) so I dont really have the time or/and power to finish this mod unfortunally :c.

The axe looks awesome btw, don't know why you're saying it's ugly and needs a remake.

Also, can you add a few more of the weapons to the chest, or maybe make blacksmiths sell them?

Can you make a replacer versian & do the same for the nordic steel armor please?

I don't think they can share the same name and a weapon in the game can only contain one model (blame the source code), but what I can do (probably, need to look it up), give some characters like bandits as example, a % chance to have the weapons equipped.
I will look into it when I got time. :)

What I meant with the first comment is that you should add a chance for every steel weapon to look like the ones in the mod, so half the steel weapons are Putte, and the other half the vanilla ones.

I don't quite follow you on your first comment :).
This mod have no intention to replace the old steel weapons, it's planned for that to become a separate mod in the future when this mod is done.
This mod already contains the weapons and are located in Embershard mine (see description). It´s a whole lot more work to place them on enemies so they can be looted. But I can also look into that if that sounds interesting.

Also the name of the weapons, I cant change that now, can I? :P The mood have been around a while and I can't simply change that for the people having the mod. (don't think anyone would mind anyhow, but still). Just try to avoid looking at the name and you should be fine ;D.

I like them, once you work on the mod, make it so that they appear next to the normal steel weapons, but DON'T completely remove the steel weapons, I don't like that :(.

I guess u mean the models, and yes there will be a separate mod that have these models replacing the original steel weapons, once I'm happy with the quality of the weapons and done with this mod. (look at it like early access!)

I would love to do more weapons, but already have a lot of plans to 1, fix these weapons, they are not the quality lvl I want for them, custom scabbards, and perhaps the 2h versions.
(and I'm currently jammed with a lot of stuffs to do in other projects.)

+ I want somewhere in the future to get time to make a armor set as well.

But this week is horrible, to much to do, next week is relatively chill, so I should have some stuffs rolling out.

I might do that in another mod, but not until I'm happy enough with the quality of the weapons. I don't have that much time doing this unfortunately, but in a week or two perhaps.

Try to remove mod files and reinstall it with the update from the launcher.
If that doesn't work, try putting the mod last in the list in data files (Skyrim launcher).

Can that be because thoses where the files that first got pushed to the mod and now simply dosnt upload changes to other files. Can Someone comfirm the chest in embershard mine? Going to look for solution but probably if it is as i wrote above I have to create a new mod.

Try unsubscribing and resubscribe to the mod. I just removed my local files and re downloaded it through the launcher.
Works as it should for me.
Otherwise try to put the mod last in the list over mods in data files, in the launcher.
hopefully that should work, If that don't work, plz contact me once again.
One question as well, do u know if it´s the textures that doesn't show, and the model is loaded (do you get blood on the invisible blade when attacking?)
