There seems to be something wrong with the current version, all the materials are missing. I tried to install the previous version that I backed up (2020.4), and it works.
最近发现这个地图的贴图全都无了，重新订阅也不能解决问题，但是我换回我去年的备份它就能用了

No, all custom textures are packed in it :)
However if any errors occur, having CS:S content installed might fix that

Stealth is not the key in this map!
I'd say that gameplay is still quite balanced, because the chance of dropping gun in void.
This also can happen to knife. Altough it will respawn unlike the gun!
