I need some more details, training mode and playtest mode are different things, playtest mode (the one you can do on character select screen) is probably the most unstable part of workshop due to it not using regular player objects and it's very prone to crashing and breaking. Don't use it.

if the bug is in training mode then that's a different issue and I would need some more information

hi darkri is my fave pokemon also amazing charchter but um ever since his new update he brakes the game espically training mode and when his nightmare mode triggers his clones cause a game crash so could you plese fix this

hemuth taunt is cool don't get me wrong, but a bit too much imo, it needed a normal taunt so I just reused a bunch of assets lol

hey as of now, the character breaks training mode can you fix this? it starts with like 4 clones and when you close the game window it crashes.

oh, that's just colormapping getting in the way, it's not an alt, it's a color distribution used to do the dspecial effects

Apparently, Darkrai has a secret skin, and I have no idea how to use it. In his files, he's got this cool fiery design. And, you can see it in his reflection on stages like The Desk.
Problem is, the reflections on The Desk only ever show the character's BASE SKIN. But That flame design ISN'T Darkrai's base skin!
So is there any way to actually use it, or is it forever locked behind reflections we can't access?

Incredibly cool and high quality kit and sprites, but I kind of "hate" the taunt, because it is just gross and off-putting and it just awkwardly stands out compared to the rest of the kit, making it a missed opportunity for it to not be a cool or intimidating (like the down special) to match the rest of the kit...

But beyond that minor thing I dislike,

Okay so another weird bug, there is like three extra copies of him that are just Sandbert for the first second right when opening playtest mode?

I really liked playing as Darkrai, a very well done character with excellent setup game. However, there is a major bug.

In some stages, Darkrai as P2 becomes broken. Their clones, up special, and down special, becomes non-functional. This is indicated by when there is a KO effect on the side of the screen at the beginning of the match. I noticed this more often on smaller stages. Can you look into this?

I've noticed that this only happens to P2, and I was able to workaround this with my friend by just playing as P3 or P4.

up special and neutral special seem to be broken when playing in multiplayer, up special doesnt even work and neutral special doesn't spawn the phantom

if you try to summon the clones in nightmare mode you still have no defense because your opponent can just walk right past the clones with no knock back. please fix the character!!!!!!

make his clones so knock back his gimick just doesn't work without it

I had closed the stage and reopened it, and I can not replicate it anymore, so there's probably another condition for it to happen.

Small update: It seems that it happens when you dodge to the ground rapidly consecutively

This character is one of the coolest mods I've seen in a while, but I found a small bug. in nightmare mode, the extra apparitions that appear when you dodge can stay (I don't know the exact requirements, cuz I was spamming the dodge button), looping the animation of them appearing. the two animations i've seen stay are the dodging into the ground animation and the airdodge animation (because grounded doesn't create the extra apparitions. still though, this mod is awesome, keep up the great work!

It'd be great if the CPU could use neutral b more, especially offstage to recover. It only uses upb directed up and gets cheesed because its not using teleports or angles.

Getting parried seems to permanently delete on stage phantoms until you lose a stock, like the phantom cap gets reduced based on how many got deleted from getting parried.
(ie, if theres 2 phantoms on stage and i get parried, i can only have a single phantom on stage until losing a stock)

Absolutely lovely character, perfect in all things gameplay, sound design and visuals, but sometimes crashes the game after neutral special or just doesn't get his clones at all. If that gets fixed I'll have have found my new main. Either way though, great work! I cannot think of a better way to bring darkrai to rivals.

yea there's a glitch that prevents Darkrai from creating clones when playing online, as reported by Paco 3 days ago. It's such a great character so its a bit sad that you cant use it online with friends, hope there's a fix
