I believe update 1.06.67054 is what broke this.. This is a huge mod for immersion.

Yeah hi party people if you couldn't tell I've been doing just about anything else but this. It's partly because of college and partly because of waning interest and mostly because of the broken state of it. I've talked about it on the discord and we all agree the problem is literally that the game just... removed the ability for enemies to bark? It's the dumbest imaginable thing and the devs still believe it's a localization issue. If anyone has the date this mod stopped working then tell me so I can check an older version of the game. Or just load an older version of the game. Either might work.

目前已完成的派系;
* 掠夺者
* 憔悴(除了 Ghoul,但我不知道该如何为那个失败者做些什么)
* 狂热者 (虽然有点问题,但会在某个时候进行调查。它们在点燃后往往不会吠叫那么多,即使有保证吠叫的机会)
* 噬瘟疫者
* 猪民
* 失落的营 (他们已经完成了 99%,已经在数据中实现了,真的没有理由我应该从当前版本中删除它们)

我几乎写完了,但还没有实现的派系;
* 邪教徒 (全部完成,除了延伸目标。也想把它们留到最后,原因很明显)

我才刚刚开始的派系;
* 动物(所有生物角色都将由类人生物代言)

I still don't know what's breaking the mod, but I promise I'm still working on the writing and next update I'll be sure to add a surprise to help tide y'all over through this issue.

this mod did make me giggle a bit, it is fun to have your enemies talk back to you. Also i think some of the lines are region specific which is a really nice feature, it may be a small mod but damn is it good.

It's currently broken right now, and I have no idea how to fix it. If Darkest Delight gives new skills to enemies then this mod won't work on those new skills, but otherwise it should still work.

Is this compatible with the overhaul mod: Darkest Delight ? I tried both of them on my save, but no bark ever happened. Perhaps I need a specific load order, but I haven't found it.

Well it sounds like you might have found out the issue. I hope it works! I haven't actually got a chance to use the mod in working order, but it looks awesome.

Yeah it reads straight from .txt files. Also turns out I got a *lot* of loc errors and the devs are quite frankly shocked it actually worked until whatever came upon the mod. I'll clean those up and see if that fixes it.

Your mod does have localization files. I guess DD2 reads directly from .txt (?) so it would just be a matter of translating those files to another language, and implementing those languages, however DD2 does it. In DD1, all languages were in the same localization files.

This is already my favorite mod so far, which is saying something, as I was sadly unable to even experience it, before it, unfortunately, decided not to work :D

This is probably the most immersive mod that I've gotten to play so far. I hope it gets fixed again soon, because the effect they have on the gameplay cannot be understated.

Okay so I don't understand why, but this mod just suddenly decided not to work. If I had to make a very wild guess it would be something related to the Inhuman Bondage/Kingdoms/Warhammer 40K Vs. Furries DLC in the same way the Binding Blade broke everything back on Nexus. I genuinely can't figure it out, as almost everything reads green except, explicitly, the bark effects, so I've already asked the devs and my next best idea is to try and make a whole new mod and see if it needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. I'll tinker with that, but just FYI, I wish I could fix this too. Look at them numbers. I can barely count that high. Hold on let me try...1 ...2 ...3 ...3.14 ...see, I can't do it.

Yeah something fucky's been going on with it recently. I've been busy as shit these past 3 days but now I'm available to at least solve this bug. Thanks for the log file, though from what I can tell, parsing loc lines isn't the problem because the game tends to know how to ignore those and still use the file

While I certainly am enjoying this mod, I just want to mention that, at least for the Dreaming General, if it's possible he might new a few extra bark lines or so to not become monotonous as I find that since his fight can still last a while (like on Bastard's Beacon) he ends up repeating the same line bark or so.

Not to say this mod isn't amazing, and I'm not sure if it's even possible to give an enemy a slightly bigger list of bark lines to choose from without bugging something.

dboxcar, the pillager mongrel bark is not there because I wrote that effect for some reason and never planned to actually fill it in, as for the Lorem Ipsums, I assume that's from more Mongrel barks missing.
RogueFly, could you tell me what that blue text said specifically, I can't find anywhere that I made a typo that would typically cause that blue text problem, and when blue text shows up it will say what ID that missing bark is specifically.

had a bug with the big pig when he reached 0 hp, his bark was a debug tooltip
