That colour is based of the team colours, I actually used them because a friend told me, but I added a little gradient which is part of the skin so it's not completely plain

looks peak, what about changing the blue and red to their actual team colors so B8383B for red, 5885A2 for blue, other than the colors seeming dark, this looks a lot better

Make the Red and Blue lose more of their brightness and contrast, basically make them more pale. Similar to the TF2's color palette.
