Am gonna try and make a patch for vre insectors, so that the insectoids don't attack pawns with the germline evolution gene.

The 1.6 source is off the root of the github, the one in the 1.5 folder is basically archived.

Look under "Source/BetterInfestations"

Do you have the 1.6 equivalent to 1.5/source anywhere within the mod files? I'm working on a mod which does something slightly similar with AI, and I'm curious about how you solved some specific issues related to lord jobs and assigning pawns to lords but I can't locate the source for 1.6

Is there a github repo for the source code? Kinda wondering if some ticking can be optimized, since it can get very heavy on maps with a lot of pawns

Question! If I were to somehow get a Hive for myself, meaning it's my faction, will it still expand?

And request: Make the infestation on the map apart of a faction PLEASE. It will make us be able to possibly use others mods to change our experience with the mod here, meaning could be fun.

If you do I suggest, making a separate name for it so we don't confuse it with something else.

Is there a way, to stop the insects to aggro on my base, because something else killed one?
I have a few other mods installed, and last time, they attacked a dragon, a few died, and as revange they rushed me.... Is there a way to stop this behaviorwith this mod, or a different mod?

i checked with draw infestation chance in my 2 last runs and there was not a singular cell of chance, in 10+ years in each one i didnt have a single infestation, i will uninstall it for now, if creator could check it it would be great, i think its a pretty nice idea of a mod

I probably have to drop this mod because it keeps spawning 20 insects right next to where the caravans show up so the caravans just get shredded the moment they get on the map. i just got blowback operation and i have 5 guys, we aren't doing shit against 20 bugs and they will be 100 bugs by the time we can. strive to survive septober 5501 :|

Still noticing bugs delivering resources to my stockpile. As amusing as it was to watch them bust down multiple doors to deliver 11 alpaca meat, I don't think that is working as intended.

There is a mod option to turn the notification back on. It's off by default to increase difficulty .

I went to one of the map infestations and there is 3000 resurrection serums on the ground, is that intended or bug?

juste make the jelly automatically eatable fore insects to not have to clique on it and do it manuali and make them shrede the equipment from the raders over time to not have a stock of to much weapon or equipment ,

I haven't looked too closely at that particular mechanic, to be fair. But I can assure you from my own playthroughs that infestations do occur.

I havent had a single infestation spawn in after i started using this mod wheres in vanilla i had one happen almost immediately. I always build in mountains, though i am using a map mod that makes basically the whole map underground. Biomes caverns and the Geological Landforms mod.

I used to have this issue with the witcher mod creatures.
The issue was due to them being from different factions.

don't know if this is related to the mod, but seens like insectoid are killing each other for some reason

this begun after i added VE insectoids expanded into my save cave insects just wipe thenselves out of the map almost instantly after start

Initial reports are good, it's probably going to be a matter of integration rather than compatibility, making them work together more. Please let me know if you see issues.
