I'm trying to figure out how to use the building editor properly so I can actually do the Psychic Beacon or the Yuri Psychic Dominator in Red Alert, but yes, for the moment, it's just a modded statue. Sorry if you feel disappointed.

Just a plane big Lenin statue with edit op loyal and op range that it no mesh 3d mod of Psychic Beacon not really a mod as anyone can do same thing.
