okay after remembering i made my earlier comment i came back and decided to actually try your advice. it did not work so i started to check mod compatibility issues to see if there was a conflict. something weird to note is i actually turned kurin HAR version on and it fixed the issue. dunno how that works since it's not labled as required or anything but if it solves my problem i guess it's okay?
