Yeah those are supposed to be invis, just some load-bearing polys.

are there supposed to be pink parts? bc i see them either gray in screenshots or invis and i cant seem to find a way to fix them other than doing it manually with the submat tool.

Viewmodel hands should be in there, yeah. Fifth and six preview images on this post showcase them.

If you're talking hands-hands, only the right arm has an actual hand, the lamp head. The left arm doesn't have anything.
