Yeah, that historical accuracy of laser sighted pistols and grenade launcher shotguns, haha, I'm just messing with you, I don't have a problem with it.
I remember playing this, getting into and out of the tank was so jank, I'm glad you made it really convenient. Overall a fun playthrough.

sure thing I will add auto saves. I was working on an update last night but never got to posting it which includes fixes with problems that Skummeh and you both had with the combine.

Had a go with the version from March 29th.
The start is hard on the hardware - mostly CPU, which is understandable with that many Combine.
Would be cool if I could shoot the mines.
Had the same issue as Skummeh, sometimes soldiers are not going further and Manhacks attack me. The tank is cool but I usually press all ze buttons in HLA, even if they tell me not to - Automatische Speicherung would be nice.
The ending was a bit abrupt and I found that the map is about 6 minutes long - is that right, did I miss something? Unlisted feedback video here: https://youtu.be/4QmFKsseSMA

Weeeird... I guess the toggle for disabling manhacks doesn't work. I'll just remove the ordinals, and the npcs stopping should be an easy fix.

Update is out folks, I'll summarise it here.

1) Made the beach battle more balanced

2) Finally removed those pesky manhacks

3) Improved graphics underground

I'll balance it a bit.. hopefully this time its not too easy that you can just storm through but not so difficult that your whole squad dies in 5 seconds like before.

Tried it again. The tank works great and the underground section is cool, but the beach is laggy and the manhacks are still attacking me when launched from friendly Combine. The beach battle went heavily in my side's favor this time so I think it needs to be balanced back the other way a bit. Recording got screwed up so just giving written feedback.

You can suggest the sprint mod or suggest launch options to increase Alyx base movement speed as an alternative. I think either would be acceptable but people can choose which works best for them.

I may have to add those explosive barrels in the bunkers again and lower the amount of enemies. I also like the idea of the sprint mod and may ask the player to have it on as a requirement.
