My nationality doesn't matter. And if you want blood on face or anything else, just find the mod in steamapps\workshop\content\4000\3180251802, and extract the mod's ".gma" file by dragging it onto "gmad.exe" loacted in "steamapps\common\GarrysMod\bin", then you go to the extracted "3180251802\gmpublisher\materials\decals" and find "blood_overlay1.vmt" and "blood_overlay2.vmt", open them using notepad, change the numbers in [ "$basetexturetransform" "center 0.1 0.5 scale 2 2.5 rotate 0 translate 0 0.2"
] to something else, like "center 0.2 0.3 scale 2 2.5 rotate 0 translate 0.2 0.1" , then open the game to see how effect looks, if you aren't satisfied, you just change the numbers again randomly until it meets your expectation. Also, you don't need to reload the game after changing the ".vmt" file, all the changes you made will be applied to game in real-time.
I typed this much to show some basic methods to modify a mod if you aren't satisfied with it. hhh
