Nice simple mod, although it conflicts with the house from the Four Corners mod. You can still get in and out but the fence conflicts with the front door. Perfect mod to go with the Brokenbluff house/quest mod however. Upvoted.

Good mod for Winterhold, just add a gate and it would even look better, but I'm just a gamer.

I also agree, make a rebuild option that is compatible with this bigger and bolder version. The only reason I won't download this is due to the fact I have the rebuild mod loaded. I much prefer this however, it fits the history and lore

I agree with ExplosiveFirehawk. Make a Rebuilt Winterhold - Bigger and Bolder Version.

At least there's a wall now

Think you could add this mod into your winterhold mod, or adapt the idea? http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=700963633&searchtext=
I love all your mods, and i would never take another mod over yours, it just feels like WInterhold deserves a more impressive wall, one worthy of it's former glory.
Besides, I hear walls are in right now.

The extra wreckage gives much more of an authentic feel to Winterhold's ruin. Can't imagine going back to the vanilla Winterhold now.

There is are a few aesthetic conflicts between this and the rebuild Winterhold mod - this one should be loaded first in the load order.
NightTrak 31 May, 2015 @ 8:51am
Hello, but how do I deactivate this mod without any crashing? Thanks in advance

I have looked at several of the Winterhold mods. Each of them has had pro and cons. A couple of observations, the entry arch gate has a covered walkway on top, but no ladder or stair. It would seem to me that someone would have at least put up a ladder by now. It would be a terrific place for archer guards. Given the architecture of the College I would tink there would be more evidence of masonry of a similar nature, either as part of the ruins, or some remaining functinal buildings. It was one of my major quibbles with the vanilla game. There is a mod that has some workmen rebuilding a few of the ruined houses, I don't know if it will be compatible with your mod. I know it is not with a couple of the others I tried.

I like this mod, I really do, but it'd like it even more if it'd add maybe one or two houses with new NPCs to Winterhold, which is my main problem with the town, it only has 4 houses and maybe 10 inhabitants at best.
LuckyMouse4864 27 Nov, 2014 @ 8:37pm
This mod is so kawai 420 swagalicious. #YOLOLYFE
HIVEbane7 17 Oct, 2014 @ 7:12am
this mod conflicts with shatteredsteel's TARDIS mod

I unsubbed so I could access the building that has the TARDIS, because one of the outer walls blocks the entrance
SnowyOnion 23 Sep, 2014 @ 8:17pm
you should add more wreckage and things because this is still rather unconvincing. before it was destroyed this city RIVALED SOLITUDE in its wealth. No offense or anything but you should make it seem like this city experienced SERIOUS damage.
djspeakes1990  [author] 22 Sep, 2014 @ 9:39pm
Nope, just subscribe and you should see the new Winterhold the next time you load your game. On a side note, this particular mod should have the lowest risk of screwing up anything in your game since all it adds are static environmental objects.
Vevlex 20 Sep, 2014 @ 1:46am
Do I have to start over again to apply the changes ?
bellofury 16 Sep, 2014 @ 2:29pm
These still are great mods, and a must for immersion, plus, if you have other mods adding one building or an NPC to a city or villiage, it doesn't conflict!
I will definitely follow the B&B Project's progress.
bellofury 16 Sep, 2014 @ 2:25pm
You should make a version where you rebuild Winterhold, but with evidence of it's past misfortune. I would call it "Rebuilt Winterhold- Bigger and Bolder" Just a suggestion, though.
bryanbeasley 16 Sep, 2014 @ 1:24pm
can you make a version of this that is a rebuild and not ruins also and rebuild Helgen too
ghostlykraken 16 Sep, 2014 @ 3:23am
@squish thx it woks like a charm now :P
djspeakes1990  [author] 15 Sep, 2014 @ 9:27pm
At some point I may revisit the Bigger and Bolder series and add even more content, and I will definitely take into consideration adding more mages and content to the College as part of this one.
Mithniir 15 Sep, 2014 @ 2:46pm
Can you also add some mages to the winterhold college???? It's so loney being a mage....All my followers died already due to some....Accidental.....Testing.
Squish 14 Sep, 2014 @ 8:30am
@ghostlykrakern Just click the green install button. Then just load up the game!
ghostlykraken 14 Sep, 2014 @ 3:11am
srry i am new to this wholemod/workshop thingie but how do i install it?
Salt 13 Sep, 2014 @ 12:31pm
i think you should have fixed some of the houses
Woodhouse 10 Sep, 2014 @ 2:07pm
Is it possible for you to set up a mod that adds every B&B mod together into one pack?
Or can you start working on the villages lol.
Woodhouse 10 Sep, 2014 @ 2:07pm
These mods are so much better than Enhanced Cities.
I mean all they do is add stuff to take up space and spam vegetation.
These mods, on the other hand, look like you took time in considering how to improve each city.
Joniivani 10 Sep, 2014 @ 9:51am
Great mod, lore friendly and great fun, riverwood was bigger that winterhold which i thought utterly tedious and just wrong. Nice job
Samarie 10 Sep, 2014 @ 9:44am
im really glad this mod didn't make winterhold *bigger* cause it's suposed to be small and destroyed but it didn't do that so im really thankfull it just added more destroyed buildings so you really get the feel that it was a thriving city before the great collaps.
djspeakes1990  [author] 9 Sep, 2014 @ 7:55pm
I appreciate the offer, but to be honest I don't plan on getting into modding that advanced, at least not for the forseeable future. I mainly just wanted all the towns to feel larger and fuller, and for the smaller settlements to at least have the bare essentials such as a general store so that players that don't like to use fast travel (myself included) don't necessarily have to hike halfway across Skyrim to sell their loot if they find themselves miles away form the nearest major town with no more room in their inventory. Aside from that, I've just made a handful of other mods that just change some small things that irked me about the original game, which I will be uploading as well. but mainly I just wanted to perfect these areas so I can get to PLAYING the game.
CivilianSoup4 9 Sep, 2014 @ 7:23pm
thats ok, but other than that all the other mods i have subsribed to and i am loving them it just makes the cities a hell of a lot better. and i will see if one of my contacts could perhaps help you if you need it
djspeakes1990  [author] 9 Sep, 2014 @ 7:21pm
@zoosmellpooplord119 Probably not. My mod pretty much just adds a town gate and a bunch of additional wreckage and ruined houses. Any other mod that changes or adds to Winterhold will almost definitely have conflicts, sorry to say. I would love to be able to make my own questline for restoring Winterhold to its former glory, but I couldn't script to save my life. I ain't cut out for that kind of modding.
CivilianSoup4 9 Sep, 2014 @ 7:08pm
is this mod compatible with the winterhold rebuilt mod?
Carl-T-Taylor 9 Sep, 2014 @ 8:24am
looks great keep modding you got talent
Quacker 9 Sep, 2014 @ 1:56am
looking good
