Lua patcher? whats that?

Recently I installed LUA Patcher, and now it works for me now.

Sorry, I don't really know enough about lua to be able to tell you what might be the problem
there. I think others have had similar errors with other vehicles. There might be discussions on
this that might help you.

I went ahead and tried redownloading, it still happens. Here's the error message I get when trying to use it.

No, not really.
The steering wheel position was already messed up but I don't know why the car breaks.
Maybe try to reinstall it

Likely only on my end, but when I spawn it in, I get bombarded with error messages, and the vehicle won't function, the steering wheel locked pointing right. Any idea what could be causing that?
