Combine this with a mod that removes the special infected, and anything higher than Easy gives off a 28 Days Later/28 Weeks Later aesthetic.

this is awasome, it makes the common infected way more nimble and deadly, it nice to have this with buffed weapons so you dont have such a big advantage

This is basically Back 4 Blood lol Add in that mod that makes all the zombies use their quick attack while on Expert mode. You'll just die in the blink of an eye.
