Why not mix both elements into one campaign though?
The stuff in map 2 can spawn several bewitched swords. One spawns if you find all the items, and another can spawn if you give the boat to the ghost hiding in the sewer.

I have some questions. Did you remove the process to collect the lighter in chapter 3? The Barricade burns when pour gas cans. And what means do the hidden items in chapter 2 have? I found inhaler,boat and clown nose.
