Not with the nicer size, of course.
If you want to delete half of the icons, just adjust the mod to your liking.
Which means, download the mod, unpack, delete unwanted content, repack and install locally. Afterwards you can unsubscribe from this mod, else it will overwrite your locally installed version.
2. I made a guide on dealing with mod load order priority, its a few years old now. It's on steam.
Pills and stuff got two icons in one file. one's what you see in your loadout, the other's what you see in their healthbar.
by default the icons are white on black background, while the alpha channel masks it. But because of the black background you'll see a faint black outline. So I fixed that
I was merely interested in the weapon/item hud icons.
The red prohibition sign color is a bit weird when friendly damage and shooting cars.
I don't really want to make the supplies separate. Cause people will always ask "Can you take X and make it separate?" followed by another guy asking "Can you take Y and make it separate?".

Maybe an item that copies yours and applies them to your allies hud? rather than them being default. That's an idea for a workshop item, think it would be good.
Also, could you make supplies separate as a separate workshop item...
I've been searching for a good medkit item hud... There's none really
The bullet icons for the hud are both on "Iconsheet" and "iconsheet2"
My mod adds the Molotov, Pills and Medkit icon to "Iconsheet", so the "empty usables" slot shows a dark version of my icons.
It also adds the bile jar icon to "Iconsheet2".
Other than that is also makes sure that the icon sheet is actually white color, and not slightly green.
However, if you edit the addonlist.txt and move the line containing the id "3055812225" to the very bottom, all other icon mods will overwrite this. Meaning you'll see th bullet icons from the other mod, but you'll lose the "empty usable slot" icon and the vomitjar icon for when a teammate is holding it.
Basically just click the subscribe button and then run the game. that's all you'd need to do.
But this is just one of the mods where you get everything and the users themselves should install the parts they want manually. Not a big deal.
But my Riotshield melee mod comes with a hud icon of its own.
