If you go File > My Mods > New you can make a new mod and give it a folder to live in. Then extract your basic data from data_rome2 and find unit_variants under db, Then simply double the two height values you can see on that table.

One criticism, Barbarians were more organized than people think and with how disorganized you made them, sword units using "shield wall" are not at all a "wall", I say tone things down in regards to them, otherwise your mod is just about perfect as it.
If anyone had a crack at personalising I'd be interested to know what kinds of values you put in!
