Really cool little mod, much prefer this to your Spacing and Entity Mod; feels much more historically accurate with regards to indivdual spacing, but without losing the feeling of thousands of men crammed together in a murderous crush when the lines engage (which was often the case with ancient battles).

Hi, for some reason this mod conflicts with Transport Penalty by Phalangitis with the TW center mod manager but not with CA's built in mod manager, does anyone know whats up with that?

thanks for understanding XD

Hey that's OK, I appreciate the guidance :)

Sorry I don't really have any motivation to do something like that.

If you go File > My Mods > New you can make a new mod and give it a folder to live in. Then extract your basic data from data_rome2 and find unit_variants under db, Then simply double the two height values you can see on that table.

Sorry to have to leave it with you!

Grace I didn't mean "more units", I meant that each unit would be twice the size they are now so it's easier to see their detail.

If you download the Pack File Manager [www.twcenter.net] you can open the mod and reduce the vertical or horizontal spacing of the categories you desire ;)

im downloading it . It seems good. But the spear units have closer formation now? i wish it.
Ø76923  [author] 31 Oct, 2014 @ 3:41am
Yeah it'll work with any mod that does that :)

Such as this one
jpinard 30 Oct, 2014 @ 6:38pm
Grace this is a fgantasitc mod. Is there a way units can be made 2x their size? On 2560x1600 the units are all tiny ants.

awesome mod sir thank you

I'll consider that and update soon. I agree with you, to begin with I was a bit zealous with it. They'll still be a more social-looking bunch than the break-rank-and-be-decimated romans :P
Tommy 25 Aug, 2014 @ 11:25pm
yeah, i thought the barbarians were a bit too spaced apart. Everything else so far is great.
Penakoto 25 Aug, 2014 @ 11:05pm
It's pretty good and it's nice to see a spacing mod that ONLY changes just that, no "made battles longer" stuff.

One criticism, Barbarians were more organized than people think and with how disorganized you made them, sword units using "shield wall" are not at all a "wall", I say tone things down in regards to them, otherwise your mod is just about perfect as it.

Good feels knowing others share my satisfaction ;)

If anyone had a crack at personalising I'd be interested to know what kinds of values you put in!
