By "provides all cities", do you mean they can build OR receive them for free?

Hi, I appreciate the idea of higher levels of walls. One question though:
Former levels of Walls provide Tourism and it might be crucial to Cultural Victory. Does your level four Wall provide Tourism? And if there is none, is the Tourism granted by former levels retained? I am not asking for it if you have decided not to add it, I just want to know more details. The description page seems too brief for me.

its a cool mod but when you raze a city the steel wall will still be there even after the city is gone.

Seems very cool, finally something that makes Monarchy viable. I wonder how it works with the "No walls" mod.

Sounds cool, but I'm not sure the unit VFX can be used by building(landmark).

Can you do a level 5 defense like a energy dome in the future era. The gigants robots have it but why a city shouldn't?
