Also, in case it does not work, you can use the "whereis" console command.

Put: whereis models/antlion_guard.mdl

If it doesn't refer to this add-on, it means it's not working. It will pinpoint from which other add-on the model is being taken.

What do you mean it doesn't work have you tried quitting gmod then replaying it?
