It's not really lovin. You can spam it so they are having a new sex session over and over again until they get pregnant and you can do it with the same sex, incest, children and make any pawns like each other.

According to this mod, 3 year old brothers can have sex with each other unlimited times per day. I havent tried it with newborn babies but it wouldnt surprise me if they could constantly do lovin with each other too until they die of malnutrition

Also, i don't know if it is something you want about your mod, but does you really want let this option allowed for babies and child ? Oo'

The slaves mechanics breaks your mod:
sex between non-slaves and slaves don't show the option,
and even if these people are in relationship, the option is present but the slave continue to work
(i know, pretty mess up relationship, but rimworld you know ? X'D )

with no lover's required option and vanilla cooldown I'm finally getting what a "free and approved" physical love precept should be, my pervert pigman pawn sends his thanks, he's busy making double beds atm

Correction it seems there are no cooldown as I can spam it,doesn't know what caused it as there are no error in the log, so it might've been caused by the game itself or the pawn with the no sleep gene/sleep thingy removed

This does not seem to be the case - I'm struggling to 'match up' the 3 pairs of lovers I've got going in my colony at the moment, and I have no idea where to even find such a feature to check more options, it's not in the mod-settings, do we have to go tweak files or something for this?

I just want a mod where pawns can do lovin' like animals: randomly and out in the open. It would have to integrate with ideoligious traits... like it just makes sense if you're running a nude/tribal/free love colony. Maybe throw some optional/chance for STDs in there too. Sounds like fun.

So I wonder for those of you who have pawns who aren't getting pregnant, if you have a conflict somewhere. Installed this mod into an already started save because I have a pawn that wont sleep ever, so no loving happening. Forced some lovin' and his affair partner got pregnant the first try. May be worth seeing if you have something stopping pregnancy from happening.

I've wanted mod like this for a long time, specifically to make an actual village with one xenotype, in vanilla it would take ages for all of the pawns to fall in love and produce kids so this mod is fantastic for something like this, however I really think it lacks a dedicated button "try for a baby" that would take 400% multiplier to the account when calculating the chance for a babby, if you can find the time to immplement that that would be legendary, but thatnks for the mod nontheless

I know this might be asking for a lot but do you think it might be possible to make a mod that disables highmates psychic bonding to initiate from a romance attempt and instead be linking to the action of loving itself and / or alternatively restricted to a manual command? I'm annoyed with those blue succubi randomly romancing my elderly

@The Bard of Hearts iirc that can sometimes occur if there are other factors preventing them from being able to get in a bed together to make lovin' such as ideology precepts or bed issues, since I use the base vanilla lovin' method I can't override all of these restrictions easily.

Seems like this doesn't actually work. Just makes them both stand still for ever and ever amen.

@temmie I loaded up a previous game and changed the timer to 10 seconds, then to 0, and neither seemed to change the cooldown timer as low as I expected. I'll keep testing.

This is exactly what I've been telling my ex for a long time, she had bugs and various mods prevented automatic attempts to get some lovin'. It didn't help that we were assigned to the same bed. Our cooldowns were completely disproportionate.
Well, the bad moodlet is almost over, maybe less than a quadrum left.

@valhariel thanks for the report I'll look into adding checks to prevent that.

@bihlbo the cooldown included in the mod settings also adjusts the autonomous lovin' cooldown since they use the same method, so feel free to use that (do note it is measured in real life seconds).

I think I've found a potential conflict with this mod when a colonist's ideology forbids them from sleeping together with someone who's not their spouse. When I "manually" had some lovin', they picked one of their beds and assigned both pawns to sleeping there. However, the other pawn wasn't actually allowed to sleep there due to her ideology forbidding it so she ended up just standing in place till she fell over exhausted. After clearing her ownership of the bed, she returned to another empty bed and started behaving normally.

Questions: is manual lovin' a different event than autonomous lovin'? Is there any chance we can get a mod option to change the timer? I mean, it doesn't seem smart to force the pawns to just bone all night long, but I want the option. Mainly I want to reduce the timer to 20 hours, just in case I'm trying to force the event a tiny bit earlier than a full day. I don't want to have to wait and keep trying to test the timer while it's on cooldown, just because yesterday's bedtime came a tad bit late.

Ha! Yeah, it's definitely one of those problem solver mods, like that one where you specify where a caravan hangs out, where it's up to the player not to abuse it. Now my robots can have some lovin', just as they were all originally built for!
