It unlocks crafting without research, in the editor under Research it has to be Remove Hidden.
The crafting time of 45 minutes skill requirement of 0 and 0 fail chance is a bit cheaty. Bump it up to coat and pants time, with leather armor skill requirements?
The craft resources is only cloth, add synthetics too?
