Report a translation problem
1. several stores in the southern building in the shopping block on the south side of town are missing their southern walls
2. the bathroom doors in the warehouse/machine-shop on the island aren't real/functional
These are just the ones I found. i don't know if there's an easy way for you to do an audit of such things.

Sio, I found a tutorial for adding maps to an existing SO save that allows for every visited, searched, changed, and built thing in the save to remain as it is, while adding new maps and or updating maps without issue.
In following this tutorial, I successfully added Nettle Township, with Dedriks Tile Palooza working as intended!
I did this on my server save and as such, everything is good now! I'll link the tutorial walk through for you to possibly post in your map description for those having the same issue, or just to have here for anyone looking for a way to do so~!

As far as I know, if you do this, your character and vehicle information will be safely saved in server, and the buildings and the items in them will be completely restored to the appearance of the new file you copied.
You can make a backup of the original files first and then test new save again. If this doesn't work and you really want to play this map, then I think you'll have to restart a new game to load the map reasonably.
Sorry, I don't have much knowledge about server map loading. The above is my opinions:D
I have all Tile sets loaded before any maps I am useing, reloading with cell wipes and such was already attempted. Nothing doing.
As for making a new maps file. wouldn't this require the wiping of all cells to do so? I have sen discussion in various places about how you make a new save, generate all the maps, close that new save then take a file from it and slap it in your old save, but I am not quite sure if this wipes progress already on loaded cells and built / stuff already interacted with?
If it still doesn't work, I think you have to create a new flie of maps in order to play this map.
I have all four of the tile packs required installed. I have them enabled properly (Including Diedriks Tile Palooza) But Daddy Dirkie dirks tiles aka, Diedreks Tile Palooza, is not working. All tile sets used by the massive collection of maps my private server uses (Private server for my friends and I, we use a mod collection on the workshop, not a modpack) have their respective tile packs all loaded before said maps.
My load order scheme goes API's > Tile sets > Maps > Vehicles> Everything else.
So as such, it should be working, but it is not working with Diedriks tile Palooza.
I have reinstalled both Died's tiles and your mod twice. It still did not fix it.
any advice? I really want to use this map as I am slowly adding new stuff to my server as I find it, map wise, where I can fit it in, Yes I know how to add maps to an existing server, chunk deletions and all that jazz before activating it. the map is there, Died's tiles are not.
To find out if a map conflicts with any maps you already use, go to...
steam\steamapps\workshop\content\108600 and search in the '108600' folder for the following.
"22_31" and then "23_31" No quotes on either search term. If nothing pops up, aside from this mod, if you have subscribed to it prior, then there are no conflicts with what you are currently using.
If you are wanting to add this mid game, in a single player game, Good luck, if it's aded to a hosted game however, there are tools available to delete possible chunks already loaded in those two cells.

Daddy dirkies dirks tiles changed its mod's name in game and now it's "Diederiks Tile Palooza". You need to find it again in the mod list and enable it
