the structures spawn, but no units are produced from them

I do plan in the long run to eventually add a Doctrine system, where you choose a focus, and provides new untis according to it, upgrades other already existing, and might remove 1 or 2 units, in order to keep things focused on their doctrine
For example, imagine you were to choose an Infantry Doctrine, you new new infantry, some vehicles get an upgrade, but you might not have heavy armor at your disposal, relying entirely on infantry and light vehicles to support their advance
