Is there anyway, they could be upsized or made larger? When I try to scale them to bring them up to par with other models, they just become very wide.

Neither really, I have a lot of projects. I've Polish and WW1 stuff in the works.

I should add there is a tiny bit of blender work, such as great coats and different hats and such

All i've done is pose them and retextured them. I bought some of these https://assetstore.unity.com/publishers/17894 and exported them to blender and learned how to make armatures. textures are just retextured in photoshop.

Beautiful! Good attention to details. Can you make same for red army? Is it possible to add early war infantry (change shoulder straps on tabs), sailors, militia and also winter coats for soviets)
