I'm having the same problem. Were you able to fix it?
" can't find map objects file: media/maps/Road from Monmouth County to Bedford Falls/objects.lua." ..
The Monmouth County and other maps have this file in the path for example : "steamapps/workshop/content/108600/2887123503/mods/Monmouth County/media/maps/MonmouthCounty/objects.lua." ..
If i unsubscribe and subscribe, it download the road mod again without objects.lua file.
43x27, 44x27
The road exists in game, but it is not drawn on the in-game map like in your first screenshot.
Enabled mods and order:
BedfordFalls
Monmouth
Road from Monmouth to Bedford (this mod)
Muldraugh
Monmouth works fine (ends closer to the road next to private houses), the road works fine too, but the connection between them is the cell where supposedly construction is going on (2 green commercial buildings) I don’t have, there is a forest :) I tried to load in a different order and the city and the road - to no avail.
this is how it works for me
I can help you guide to do so in your current running save if you have not visited the area/cell replaced by this map
Follow this guide, this works all the time at least in this version too!

I know you listened to us and took your own free time and effort to create such great addition to the game, combining two great map mods
Thank you very much BigZombieMonkey!
Thank you! I'm testing it out now
