Yes, I messed up writing it because I was tired. "model Pole_Stand_Large_NewName" should be "model Pole_Stand_Large_New_Name" Thanks for pointing that out!

I have done part 1. but i dont know what names used in part 2. I am little bit confused with NewName, New_Name, and New Name.
I used for example for part 1 this:
Custom = HopeCountyblue
Custom_Flag = Flag_Hope_County_blue
But what I need use for DisplayName and WorldStaticModel in part 2?

You writing "Assure that the "WorldStaticModel" is the same name as the model you
just renamed in ModelsFlags.txt"
In part 1 is
model Pole_Stand_Large_NewName (same as item in part 2)
but in part 2 is
WorldStaticModel = Pole_Stand_Large_New_Name
That underslash in New_Name is correct?

There is no recipe atm but I can add one easily. You can spawn it through the admin menu, yes. There is a tab dedicated to flags.

Do i need a recipe to make the flags? And if so, where can i find this recipe? Can i spawn this recipe with admin commands?

I think the best TL;DR I could give you is

1. Download the mod
Rip the mod from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\108600\2858828646
and place it into C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Zomboid\Workshop\Flag Mod

2. Replace the texture (The happy face) with your own texture and name it "Custom_Flag"

3. Adjust the "workshop.txt" to reflect your custom needs

4. follow the youtube tutorial above and upload it to steam.

You sub to the mod and find it in your local steam workshop, then read the readme on how to add your own textures. Then you take the mod and reupload it as your own. It's basically a template for modders and server owners.
