I think the 2x2's cameras only working with the DLC is because of the challenges.
I'm not much of a coder, so this is just a blind guess, but some challenges are multi-screen, so the DLC was forced to support multi-screen arenas.
Vanilla probably just doesn't have that support.

It isn't! Every jump in it is possible without a spear :) Check out the movement guide and tech wiki and discord for examples of the jumps in the map :3

Took me a moment to realize the 2x2 challenge room is heavily spear-centered, but once I did it was a blast to navigate. Everything lined up so perfectly, even the ceiling spears! Well done!

At some point there'll be a mod that does the same thing without requiring the DLC but until then idk what to do ;-;

I'm really sorry, for some reason multiscreen arenas are locked behind enabling the More Slugcats Expansion... I've tried getting them to take it out from the paywall but they don't seem to want to.

the bigger rooms that have different cameras aren't following me when I go to them, basically making them unplayable for me. How do i fix this? I'm not using any camera mods atm
