还是很头大的。
Is there such a thing as "Asset limit".
I noticed that when playing with 210-190 mods there would be some visual bugs such as choas barb (from the war-hammer fantasy chaos mod) would just look like a bunch of axes and other missing assets.
If U don't click it, U will start on land as normal.

Some resource in coast can spam in ocean, too.
If a city has 3 ocean tiles or 6 coast tiles, the water tiles in city +1 food and +1 gold, and be able to build fishery.
Fishery can build in ocean and reef, and trigger culture bomb.

I'll fix it at next update.
On a side note, is there a bonus adjacency for sea? I played with this mod and I saw that districts had an adjacency bonus next to the sea., dont know if that was this mod or another.
It’s hard to support MOD district.
I have mad some basic districts already.
Maybe I can add some buffs for the cost and sea terrain later.

不過這玩意本來就是寫著玩的小品 應該是不會加這種細節....
到SOTS_Modifiers.sql把下面兩段砍掉
INSERT OR REPLACE INTO Leaders_XP2 (LeaderType, OceanStart)
