@Mr. Meeseeks just checked it and got item after 25 attemps at first and after around 40 poops from the second beggar. Guess you got an extremely unlocky situation in general

I just spent around 60 poops in Greed Mode with Tainted ??? and only got a piil and a friendly poop. Is that intented or is it actually nearly impossible to get an item with this?

Edit: Now I spent another like 15 minutes at the beggar, spawning poops with the console. I got several poop follower variants but not a single item. And that was hundreds of poops, so unrealistically to ever get that many on one floor. Could it be that this mod is broken when it comes to spawning items? I had 2 luck.

the normal begger needs money for food, the devild begger needs your life to satisfy satan, the key master hoards keys, the bomb begger uses bombs for his work... what motivates the shit begger? why does he want your shit?

it works only the first time, you give him 1 or 2 poops and he drops one, after that, he won't give anything no matter how many poops you give to him. i think its related to leaving and entering the room after the first drop.

@Iris Heart the chance is 1/6 each poop donated, so it was me unlucky. And he can't accept donation while payoff animation

Bomb beggars usually payout pretty slow, so I think this works out with how fast they pay out
Also you get a lot of poop drops as Tainted ??? so

From the video I can tell that he has either too rare payoffs, or you don't turn off his ability to accept shit donations while playing the payoff animation.
