@Kaedys The submarine is finished

I would love for people to make blueprint that has this script in it, I don't care if it isn't "complete" as like Kaedys says I tend to change stuff for what I want (which sometimes causes more problems than it is worth), as I'm no good as designing something myself either.

Ya, for sure, I usually rip apart the inside of most workshop builds and rebuild them to my taste (and mod set) anyway. I'd just clearly note in the description that the interior is as-yet unfinished, so peeps don't come into the comments with "the interior feels a bit bare".

Mostly, I'm just terrible at coming up with good-looking designs myself, so using workshop stuff as a "shell" to wrap my hardware in, and it structure my modifications, does wonders.

@Kaedys Yeah, I can do that. There are a few problems. I haven't finished the interior design and I don't have time to work it out in detail, as well as add drawings of different torpedoes and customize the system, although I have the space and even welders to do it. If you, as an average user, are satisfied that there is a bunch of free space in the sub, I can finish the important details and publish it.

Any chance you could publish that sweet-looking sub as a blueprint?

Great work, can't wait to try it out in my water world!

@longranger_15 Just separate the collectors/connectors from the main conveyor system. Without ballast control, the sub will be very unstable. 100% of the time, if you're also mining at that point.
longranger_15 3 Jun, 2023 @ 10:48am
can i use this on a miner im trying to make as a sub that doesnt have collectors?

@Nighthunter Hi, I went to your world, put a programmable block on the sub with the latest version of the script and remote control. In your case, everything is fine, the sub works as it should, the script does not issue exceptions. The only thing is that you have something weird with the connectors, they don't throw ice when they should. This is the first time I've seen this. There is no precedent for such an error in the script. Maybe you have a problem with some mods or it's a one-time thing. You have a very nice sub, it's well designed and very compact, but I would recommend connecting all the connectors and collectors with one conveyor system, and also use more space for bulkhead compartments, because the sub barely moves when it needs to.

@[HELLBENT] I have set everything up named every thing and still get the error ---> Caught exception during execution of script: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at Program. .ctor()

@Nighthunter Hi, if you still need it, know that the script has been updated, meet the new features, have a nice day!
Nighthunter 11 May, 2023 @ 12:49pm
@[HELLBENT] No problem.

That actully sounds amazing ^^
[HELLBENT]  [author] 7 May, 2023 @ 11:01am
@Nighthunter I'm sorry I didn't respond. There was a period when I was very, very busy. I'm back now. I haven't watched your world yet, but I completely updated the script. In the next days I will release version 1.1, which includes: full code refactoring, fixing exceptions (including yours), improved interface, built-in horizon stabilization. So, many thanks to you and others for using my script. I hope it will continue to be useful to you.

@Nighthunter Excuse me, could you please not use EIGHTEEN gigabytes of mods in the world? :)
[HELLBENT]  [author] 27 Mar, 2023 @ 3:41am
@Nighthunter LCD is not required and there is a check for it in the code, but I suspect that the script may crash because of it. During the tests this happened, and it seems that I fixed it with the checker. But when searching for a display, the GetBlockWithName function is called, which is usually what gives this error if it can't find it. The same can happen with Remote control, it uses the same principle. So try checking the RC or LCD name. I hope it works out. If not, I might be able to look at your boat soon if you send me the link in the workshop.
Nighthunter 25 Mar, 2023 @ 7:15pm
@[HELLBENT] is the LCD mandatory? I named everything elese as it should but the script gives me an error. It says "Object not set to an instant of a object."

I'm waiting for new DLC to relase. Want to use new decoratives.

@ [HELLBENT] can you post your Sub on to the WorkShop pls :steamhappy:
Th98ioozuopos 11 Feb, 2023 @ 6:33pm
where is the sub?

very good ;D

Стабилизация осуществляется под управлением стороннего скрипта. Однако, если в этом есть необходимость, я могу включить в скрипт самостоятельное управление гироскопами. На это уйдёт время, ибо я совсем новичок в программировании.
